<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating device capable of easily carrying out adjustment such as expanding, contracting and changing an irradiation area, even in case one is used at a fixed state to a given position. <P>SOLUTION: A light-emitting part 2 is provided having boards 22, 22 mounting a plurality of LEDs 21, 21, 21,... on the underside held in free rotation around a rotating axis 23, a lever 24 and a knob 25 linked to the boards 22, 22 for operating the same 22, 22 are provided at a base 12B, and the boards 22, 22 are operated by the knob 25 (the lever 24) to adjust an irradiation area of the illuminating device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
