<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism and a method for molding food without injuring ingredients in a food raw material. <P>SOLUTION: The food-shaping mechanism 10 molds a potato paste 11 into a croquette, wherein the food-molding mechanism 10 comprises a first reciprocating device 18 transferring the paste 11 pushed out from a hopper 12 to a predetermined position 16 and a second reciprocating device 22 transferring the paste 11 on the predetermined position 16 to the inside of a mold 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
