<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental implant certainly prevented from the elution of a metal when adapted to the oral cavity and also certainly prevented from the occurrence of unfitness (looseness or the like) at the time of mounting, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the dental implant has a process for molding a composition containing a powder constituted of oxide type ceramics and a binder to obtain a ceramics molded object, a process for molding a composition containing a powder constituted of titanium or a titanium alloy to obtain a titanium molded object, a process for assembling the titanium molded object and the ceramic molded object by screwing to obtain an assembly, a process for applying degreasing treatment to the assembly and the process for applying sintering treatment to the assembly subjected to degreasing treatment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
