<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recorder capable of recording a high quality image by increasing transfer efficiency in intermediate transfer recording. <P>SOLUTION: While receiving ink, several kinds of ink receivable particles 16 having mutually different sphere conversion diameters are supplied onto an intermediate transfer body 12 by laminating each of them in layer. A particle laminate 40 of the ink receivable particles 16 is formed on the intermediate transfer body 12 by supplying the plural kinds of ink receivable particles 16 so that at least the sphere conversion diameter of the ink receivable particle 16A in a 1st layer 17A being nearest to the intermediate transfer body 12 is larger than that of the ink receivable particle 16B in a 2nd layer 17B being remotest from the intermediate transfer body 12. After ink drops are ejected toward the 2nd layer 17B of the particle laminate 40, the particle laminate 40 is transferred to a recording medium 8 and then is fixed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
