<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire processing system to manufacture a wire harness suited for multi-product small-scale production and to enhance a productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The system is provided with: a wire holding tool 2 equipped with a plurality of pinching parts pinching a plurality of wires and an identification information storing part; a holding tool conveyor unit 50 conveying the wire holding tool 2 in a constant direction; a plurality of wire feeding units 51 sequentially feeding wires to the wire holding tool 2 conveyed by the holding tool conveyor unit 50; and a holding tool conveying device 35 conveying the wire holding tool 2 to the holding tool conveyor unit 50. The holding tool conveying device 35 is provided with: a plurality of housing parts arranged at an outer periphery face of a conveyor belt; a motor rotating the conveyor belt so that the housing part sequentially reach a conveying side of the wire feeding units 51; a holding tool feeding means discharging the wire holding tool 2 from the housing part for feeding to the wire feeding units 51; and an identification information writing means writing identification information into the identification information storing part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
