METHOD FOR PURIFYING WOOD VINEGAR-BAMBOO VINEGAR BY USING CHAYOTE AND WOOD VINEGAR-BAMBOO VINEGAR OBTAINED THEREBY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem of the conventional technique that wood vinegar-bamboo vinegar useful to the human body can not be purified though wood vinegar-bamboo vinegar is tried to be purified by removing harmful components without using papain or activated carbon so that effective components of wood vinegar-bamboo vinegar are not damaged and to provide a method for purifying wood vinegar-bamboo vinegar while removing harmful components without damaging the effective components, particularly the method for purifying wood vinegar-bamboo vinegar by using a proteolytic enzyme contained in chayote without using papain or activated carbon.

SOLUTION: The method for purifying wood vinegar-bamboo vinegar comprises the steps of: adding the proteolytic enzyme contained in chayote to wood vinegar-bamboo vinegar; and immersing the added proteolytic enzyme in wood vinegar-bamboo vinegar for a predetermined time.
