<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the level difference of an overlap on a black matrix to ≤0.5 μm because the overlap presents a problem when the black matrix has a large height, in a method for manufacturing a color filter for a liquid crystal display device including forming a black matrix comprising a black resin composition on a substrate for the color filter, applying a colored photosensitive acrylic resin composition solution thereon, and forming a pixel part comprising the colored photosensitive resin composition using a photolithography process. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing a color filter, the vertical cross-sectional shape of the black matrix 2 in the width direction has an angle θ of ≤45° between the bottom face of the black matrix and a straight line connecting the end of the bottom face to a point where the black matrix attains to the maximum thickness, and the colored photosensitive acrylic resin composition solution contains 1-30 mass% of a glycol dialkyl ether. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
