<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that when a large quantity of data are written in a nonvolatile memory at high speed, a large quantity of memory blocks of a temporary writing state are formed, execution timing of additional writing operation becomes hard to be secured, then a memory block left as it is in a state in which additional writing operation cannot be executed is formed. <P>SOLUTION: A writing operation selecting means 11 selects a temporary writing operation in which writing is performed at high speed with a shorter time than standard one, and an additional writing operation in which the same data as the temporary writing data is written with a standard writing time. A writing time setting means 12 sets a writing time required for temporary or additional writing operation. A writing control means 13 permits writing operation during non-execution of writing operation and refuses writing operation during execution of writing operation. A memory control part 20 outputs a writing instruction when a writing instruction is intended to output and writing operation is permitted by the writing control means, and the writing instruction is inhibited to be output when writing operation is refused. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
