PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation apparatus that implements user interactivity and entertainment by using the function of receiving a handwritten input of characters. SOLUTION: The navigation apparatus identifies a user's psychological or physical state and drunkenness by the handwriting, writing pressure and writing speed of characters handwritten by the user (210) and changes various processing according to the identified state or take measures against drinking (220).
