PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set apparatus numbers of various apparatuses constituting a system concerned based on three-dimensional positional information of an installation location, and to make a complicated setting operation unnecessary to enhance an operation efficiency. SOLUTION: There is taken a finite difference between positional information received by communicating between a positional information receiver 104 of at least three positional information transmission stations 5a, 5b, 5c or more and apartment entrance devices 1a, 1b, a positional information receiver 203 of sitting room masters 2a, 2b, 2c, ..., 2m, and a positional information receiver 303 of manager room masters 3a, 3b, respectively; and positional information received by communicating between at least three positional information transmission stations or more and a positional information receiver 402 of a controller 4. Based on a finite difference value calculated, a three-dimensional position from controllers of each apparatus of the apartment entrance devices, the sitting room masters and the manager room masters is acquired, and the three-dimensional position is displayed on a display 400 of the controller as three-dimensional positional information. Further, individual entrance numbers to be allocated to the apartment entrance devices, individual sitting room numbers to be allocated to the sitting room masters, and individual manager room numbers to be allocated to the manager room masters are set with reference to display contents of the display by use of an operation part 401 of the controller.
