PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of security of tag-base VLAN which prevents communication through illegal terminal and which improves the security of the tag-base VLAN. SOLUTION: A switch 34a generates a transmission frame again corresponding to the frame received from PC31a-33a only when VLAN tag information in a frame which have received from the PC31a-33a coincides with VLAN information of a port connected to the PC31a-33a. A switch 34b generates a transmission frame again corresponding to a frame received from PC31b-33b only when VLAN tag information in a frame received from the PC31b-33b coincides with VLAN information of a port connected to the PC31b-33b.
