PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication access method and a communication apparatus wherein even when many and unspecified users perform information exchange using radio communication, communication terminals performing communications can confirm that the partner communication terminal is a specific user one, for safe data exchange therebetween. SOLUTION: A master terminal 1 and a slave terminal 3 includes: radio communication means for performing data transmission and reception via radio; control means for controlling communication; and heartbeat detection means for detecting a heartbeat of a user from a part of a body of the user, respectively. The master terminal and the slave terminal perform communication access control operation in synchronism with a peak of heartbeat motion of the user detected by the heartbeat detection means.
