PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement structure for a treatment tool outlet opening of a strabismus-type ultrasonic endoscope which prevents the front end of the outlet opening from being scraped by a treatment tool when projecting the treatment tool to the outside from the outlet opening formed on a tilted surface of a resin part. SOLUTION: The resin part 25 has the tilted surface 26. The outlet opening 30 of a treatment tool insertion channel 27 that penetrates through the resin part is formed on the tilted surface. A fitting concave part 31 is formed on the front end and at the periphery of the outlet opening, and a metal hard member 32 is fitted and fixed to the fitting concave part.
