PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily judge whether or not the driving state of a valve is proper. SOLUTION: The information display device of a flow rate control valve is provided with: a reception part 101 for receiving the signal of a measured flow rate acquired by measuring the flow rate of fluid passing through a valve and a signal showing the opening of the valve from the valve; a flow rate conversion part 103 for converting manipulated variables output from an arithmetic part 100 which controls the opening of the valve into a designed flow rate; a ratio calculation part 104 for calculating the ratio of the measured flow rate to the designed flow rate; and a display control part 105 for displaying the measured flow rate and the ratio and the valve opening.
