PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network environment for automatically collecting information from a Web page, and to provide a network environment for enabling a user to easily and safely disclose information held by his or her own PC to the other users. SOLUTION: This program makes a computer function as a retrieval object determination means for determining a retrieval object based on operation input information and a content displayed at a display part and an information collection means for performing information collection processing for performing access through a network to a plurality of servers, and for collecting information relevant to the retrieval object. This program makes the computer function as a link address monitoring means for monitoring a link to the network, and for detecting whether or not the link address is a prescribed format; and a P2P communication means for, when the link address is a prescribed format, connecting to the computer designated by the link address via a peer-to-peer network.
