PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce working burden on work for fixing (connecting) a connector to the upper ends of a plurality of leg columns and work for fixing (connecting) lateral beams to the connector. SOLUTION: The leg columns 3 have sectionally hollow cylinder portions. On a base block 41 of the connector 4, horizontal arm portions are integrally formed via which the ends of the lateral beams 5a are connected to each other. The base block 41 has an upper part supporting portion 42 to be fixed to the cylinder portions at their upper end face side with bolts 45 and machine screws 46. The bolts 45 and the machine screws 46 are fastened downward to machine screw pockets of the leg columns 3. Boss portions 48 are protruded upward from the bottoms of the pair of horizontal arm portions 47 formed on the base block 41 in upward opening grooved shape opening with mutual 90°turn in a top view. A round hole having the same sectional shape as a boss portion 48 is formed in the lower face of each lateral beam 5a, and each lateral beam 5a fitted downward therein is screwed and fixed from its upper face side to the boss portion 48 with the machine screw 49.
