PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism in which steps are given to a roller bearing to eliminate the sliding resistance of the roller bearing. SOLUTION: In the roller bearing mechanism having no sliding resistance, the steps 2, 3 are given to the roller bearing 1 to be used for a bearing. Thus, the roller bearing 1 has two-type diameters corresponding to rolling distances to eliminate the sliding resistance of the roller bearing 1 and to produce rolling resistance only.
