PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure for stabilizing the mounting property of a gasket even when a mounting groove has a great dimensional tolerance, while reducing the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The gasket 30 to be mounted in the mounting groove 11 of one member 10 has a body 31 whose dimension in the cross direction of the mounting groove 11 is smaller than at least the groove width of the mounting groove 11 at the side of an opening portion, and seal faces 34, 35, 36 at both ends of the body 31 in the depth direction of the mounting groove 11 to closely contact a surface 21 of the other member 20 and the groove bottom face of the mounting groove 11. The mounting groove 11 is formed with its groove bottom face curved to be the deepest at the center in the groove width direction. On the groove bottom side of the mounting groove 11 of the gasket body 31, a pair of protruded portions 32, 33 are provided which are protruded from both sides of the body 31 in the groove width direction of the mounting groove 11 toward the groove bottom 12 of the mounting groove 11 to form the pair of groove bottom side seal faces 34, 35.
