PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating and heat-retention tube including device in which a gas and a fluid are prevented from entering a space where lead wires and cord heaters are provided. SOLUTION: A juncture t of a lead portion of a cord heater CH arranged inside a tube T and lead wire LL connected with an electric power supply D is got tightly-sealed between its inside and outside in such a manner as to be sandwiched by a couple of first sealing members 10, 11 in a wire insertion passage 1. An intermediary wire insertion passage 2 is provided between the wire insertion passage 1 and the tube T. A portion of the cord heater CH in the intermediary wire insertion passage 2 is got tightly-sealed between its inside and outside by a second sealing member 20. Then, there is provided an exhaust passage 3 for exhausting a liquid and a gas which have been leaked out of the intermediary wire insertion passage 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
