PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet type non-woven fabric excellent in heat resistance, thermal dimensional stability, and moisture-absorbing dimensional stability, and further excellent in dielectric breakdown strength and melt prevention. SOLUTION: This wet type non-woven fabric contains a para aramid fiber and a polyphenylene sulfide fiber having a crystallinity of≥20% and a birefringence of≥100×10<SP>3</SP>, contains at least a part of the fibers thermally bonded with each other and has a bulk density of≥0.7 g/cm<SP>3</SP>.
