The characteristic of the invention is that it is designed from a housing (5) which includes an axial mobile placed rammer (6) which is pushed directly with a spring (7), where the rammer (6) on the side of a spring (7) continues on the outer side of the housing (5) with a lever (8) for manual pull and with that it enables the tension of the spring as the player decides. In the same rammer (6), there is a smaller axial mobile placed rammer (13) that continues with the pushing needle (14) in the direction of the channel (10) for leading the ball (11) when it launches for every game and is pushed with a spring (15) in the direction of the lever (8). The launching channel (10') can also lie outside of the housing (3) and is drawn in a way that it firstly lifts up from the mechanism (1) and then descends to the roulette (2).
