An emergency brake apparatus using the parking brake of the vehicles is provided that the vehicles can be braked conveniently since the parking brake wire is pulled through drive motor in driving. An emergency brake apparatus using the parking brake of the vehicles comprises a car body mounting plate(10) having a pair of fixed guide bearing(11) supporting a parking brake wire(2), a drive motor(20) installed at one side of the car body mounting plate, a driving gear(30) installed at the driving shaft(21) of the drive motor, a wire pulling gear(40) having a pair of movement guard bearing(41) which can pull the parking brake wire. |
