A thin film transistor substrate and an LCD device comprising the same are provided to improve the aperture ratio by superposing a pixel electrode and a data line, thereby securing enough storage capacity. A thin film transistor substrate comprises the followings: a plurality of gate lines extended in one direction(120); a plurality of data lines extended to the direction crossing the gate lines(170); a pixel electrode which is formed in a pixel region(C) where the gate lines and data lines cross, and has one side overlapped with a part of the data line and the other side overlapped with a part of the other data line(190); and a sustain electrode line(130) including a sustain electrode(131) which is formed at the center part of the pixel region. |
