A pillar of a soundproof wall is provided to have no necessity of the manufacturing cost and the cost of installation caused by manufacturing and installing a streetlamp additionally by manufacturing in the type of a pipe having an inside space and installing a lighting device integrally in the inside space. A pillar(10) of a soundproof wall, as a pillar installed to a concrete structure(1) to pile up soundproof plates(2), is manufactured in the type of a pipe having an inside space and provided with a steel pipe(20) which has a fitting groove formed to insert the soundproof plate along the longitudinal direction of two sides and an inside space formed appropriately to the outer form of the pillar of the soundproof wall, wherein the steel pipe is buried under the concrete structure and fitted with the bottom of the pile of the soundproof wall to be supported.
