METHOD FOR PRODUCING COENZYME Q10 PARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of commercially producing fine coenzyme Q10particles similar to stock powder, having a high content and excellent in powdery material flow characteristics, efficiently, by simple equipment and with easy operation.

SOLUTION: This method for producing the coenzyme Q10particles comprises the following (1) and (2) processes. (1) A process of emulsifying and dispersing the coenzyme Q10with water in the presence of a surfactant and at the temperature of at or higher than the melting temperature of the coenzyme Q10and preparing an O/W emulsion, and (2) a process of cooling the O/W emulsion in the presence of a water soluble dispersant, while flowing by agitation, to the temperature of at or lower than the solidifying temperature of the coenzyme Q10to obtain solid particles.
