PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample holder having proper mounting workability of a sample container with respect to the holding part. SOLUTION: In the sample holder 6, a fixing member 11 is adopted, capable of sandwiching the sample container 9 by the holding part 10, by pressing the holding part 10 from the outer surface 10a of the holding part 10 toward the inside of the holding part 10. As the fixing member 11 for pressing the outer surface 10a of the holding part 10 with such a force, articles, such as caps, clips or fastening bands, can be cited, and can acquire proper mounting working efficiency of the sample container 9 on the holding part 10. Furthermore, the force pressing on the holding part 10 from the outer surface 10a of the holding part 10 toward the inside is optimal for firmly fixing the sample container 9 on the holding part 10.
