<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the processing time by lessening the directions in which a work after being cast is processed, and decrease the manufacturing cost of a cylinder body. <P>SOLUTION: A female threaded hole 8c to fasten together a relief port 8a, a supply port 8b, and a reserver cap 14 and a female threaded hole 6a to mount a rear vision mirror on a mirror mounting boss 6 are provided in positions admitting processing from the over-part of the cylinder body, while a union hole 3a and a female threaded hole 7a to mount a switch fixing screw are provided in positions admitting processing from the under-part of the cylinder body. An opening 8d to form a level window 16 and a handlebar insertion part 10b are provided in positions admitting processing from the direction of processing a cylinder hole 2a. A female threaded hole 5a into which a pivot bolt 12 to mount an operating lever 4 on a lever bracket 5 is driven and a bolt mounting hole 10d into which a fastening bolt 13 to secure the cylinder body 2 to a handlebar 9 is driven are provided in positions admitting processing from the over-part or under-part of the cylinder body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
