<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow degrees of universal design (UD) of a building to be comprehensively evaluated with respect to a plurality of facility uses. <P>SOLUTION: A UD comprehensive evaluation device 1 includes an input part 2 for inputting various types of information, an item setting part 7a for setting an evaluation item group of UD of the building, an evaluation processing part 7c for comprehensively evaluating the degrees of UD of the building, and a display part 3 for outputting a UD comprehensive evaluation result of the building. The input part 2 inputs selection information for selecting a desired facility use of the building and UD evaluation point information relating to the building for the selected facility use. The item setting part 7a selectively sets a UD evaluation item group relating to the building for the facility use selected by the selection information. The evaluation processing part 7c calculates itemized comprehensive evaluation points for each evaluation item of the evaluation item group on the basis of evaluation point information which the input part 2 inputs for each evaluation item of the evaluation item group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
