PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveform-generating apparatus capable of reducing spurious signals. SOLUTION: The waveform-generating apparatus for generating analog signals is provided with a data-changing part for changing input data strings, binary data series to be modulated to signals generated by the waveform generating apparatus, to create modulated data strings in which a residual phase of 2π-times the initial phase and the residual phase of 2π-times the final phase of MSK-modulated signals are continuous; a waveform-creating part for creating fundamental waveform data representing the waveform, corresponding to signals acquired by MSK-modulating the modulated data strings; and an output part for outputting signals which repeat the waveform represented by the fundamental waveform data.
