PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical coherence tomography device capable of rapidly and continuously scanning the wavelength of a light source having a narrow band spectrum, in a wide band without carrying out signal processing for calibration to an optical CT signal. SOLUTION: The optical coherence tomography device includes a wavelength scanning laser light source 10 for outputting laser light scanning the wavelength temporally by varying the resonator length of at least one of two Fabry-Perot resonators 13A, 13B periodically within a predetermined range to allow the Fabry-Perot resonators 13A, 13B to function as narrow band variable wavelength filters capable of varying the selection wavelength by vernier effect; an interference optical system 20 for branching the output laser light into reference light and observation light irradiating an observation object 60 and generating interference light between the reference light and the reflection light from the observation object 60; and a signal processing section 50 for receiving the interference light obtained from the interference optical system 20, converting it into an electric signal and calculating the optical tomography information of the observation object 60.
