PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide gas turbine regulation with parallel fuel control valves. SOLUTION: A fuel system (2) for a turbine (6) includes the plurality of fuel control valves (80, 90) connected to the turbine and arranged in parallel with each other, and a controller (100) for opening each of the control valves (80, 90) to pass an almost controllable low limit fuel flow through each valve (106) and for further opening one (80) of the valves in response to a control signal (85) for controlling the turbine (6).
