PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejection device and a liquid ejection method by which variance of ejection amount between heads is suppressed. SOLUTION: The liquid ejection device includes: a plurality of heads which eject a liquid; a plurality of driving signal generation parts which are provided for each head and generate driving signals for driving the head respectively; a temperature control part which adjusts the temperature of the liquid in a supply path; the supply path through which the liquid whose temperature has been adjusted by the temperature control part is supplied to the heads respectively; and a controller which varies the driving signals generated by the driving signal generation parts corresponding to the heads in accordance with the temperature of the liquid in the heads.
