PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens protective tape capable of preventing a slippage of a water repellent lens, suppressing blur of a dot, and enhancing work efficiency. SOLUTION: Hole parts 11, 12, 13 having a larger size than that of the individual dot are formed at prescribed intervals on a sheet body 10 at a part where a plurality of dots arranged in one direction are exposed at least on a lens surface. Guides 141, 142 are formed between the holes, and by these guides 141, 142, positioning at the time of affixing is facilitated, and detection of a positional deviation at the time of machining is facilitated.
