PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a hook easily attachable and detachable to/from a cylindrical housing. SOLUTION: A groove 12 is formed on the outer periphery of a base end part 11 of a hook 9, and an insertion hole 13 is formed on a housing 2 so that the base end part 11 can be inserted and extracted into/from this hole. In addition, a latch plate 14 is provided at an outlet of the insertion hole 13 in the housing 2, so as to be urged by a coil spring 21 in a normal state and to be slidable in a crossing shape with an inserting/extracting direction of the base end part 11, between a fixing position where the slip-off of the base end part 11 is prevented by latching with the concave groove 12 of the inserted base end part 11, and a fixing release position where the latch with the groove 12 is released and the base end part 11 is allowed to be inserted and extracted.
