The switch has an operating mechanism including two pivotally mounted levers i.e. magnets (1, 2) that define different switching states of switching contacts in a pivoting condition of the levers. The levers are fixed by a fixing part based on magnetic force in an inoperative position for pivoting the levers to apply different lever forces by utilizing operating force. The mechanism produces preset operating force by different magnetic forces and/or different lever lengths (a, b) for pivoting the levers.
