A message delivery system comprises a server (10) and a plurality of terminals (20). The terminals (20) have a message creating function section (22) for creating a message to an arbitrary member of a registered group and a message attach function section (24) for specifying an arbitrary place to set it as a specification place and requesting the server to deliver the message to a member of the registered group entering the specification place. The server (10) has an in-zone monitoring function section for monitoring whether or not the member of the registered group enters the specification place and a message delivery function section for delivering the message to a member of the group who has entered the specification place first and, if the member rejects the reception of the message, delivering the message to another member of the registered group who has entered the specification place next.
