A pixel circuit, display panel and a display device including pixel circuit are provided to display the desired image and to improve the picture quality by preventing the change of the threshold voltage of the driving thin film transistor operating the organic light emitting diode(OLED). An OLED is connected between the first node and the voltage line for the first potential voltage. The first switch element controls the output toward one second node among the data signal from the data line and the black data signal. The swing voltage(Vss) supply line supplies the first potential voltage while the black data signal is applied. The second switch element controls the current amount flowing between the first node and the swing voltage supply line. The current supply line delivers the constant current from outside. The switching circuit forms the current passage between the current supply line and the current passage of the second switch element selectively. The switching circuit recovers the threshold voltage of the second switch element to the initial set value.
