<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the degradation of color identification capability to a visual object, and to prevent secretion of melatonin to a human body from being suppressed, in a luminaire having light color of illumination light regulated by a filter. <P>SOLUTION: The luminaire 1 is provided with: a light source 2; a housing 3 having an emitting surface 30 emitting light from the light source 2, and formed to face a floor surface F; and a filter part 4 provided in the vicinity of an edge part of the emitting surface 30. The filter part 4 is configured such that transmission of light, among the light from the light source 2, of a wavelength component having action suppressing secretion of melatonin to the human body is reduced. By this configuration, the light from the light source 2 is directly emitted in a direction just below the emitting surface 30, thereby not degrading the color identification property of the visual object. In a direction expanding above a certain angle from the direction just below the emitting surface 30 to a direction nearly parallel to the floor surface F, light reduced in the wavelength component having the action for suppressing the secretion of melatonin is emitted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
