PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that since all transferring requests from a subscriber terminal are transferred to an authentication server, any unauthorized authentication request is transferred from an authentication transferring device to an authentication server side, there is the possibility that the authentication server becomes a target of such an attack as DoS (Denial of Service) attack or hacking. SOLUTION: The authentication transferring device transferring an authentication request from the subscriber terminal to the authentication server is provided with a first storage part for storing the authenticating state information of the subscriber terminal; and an authentication processing part for updating the authenticating state information according to authentication processing about the subscriber terminal, and for performing the transferring processing of an authentication request from the subscriber terminal based on the authenticating state information of the subscriber terminal.
