摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that power consumption of a liquid display device is large since wiring of a gate wiring part and a source wiring part can be made thick only in a range where performance of a switching element part is not deteriorated and an electric resistance value of the wiring part cannot be made to be sufficiently small. SOLUTION: Wiring thickness d4 of the gate wiring part 40 which is made thick in an Al film 14 is thicker compared to electrode thickness d3 of a gate electrode part 41 formed in the switching element part 30. Wiring thickness d6 of the source wiring part 42 which is made thick in an Al film 17 is thicker compared to electrode thickness d5 of a source electrode part 43 and a drain electrode part 44. Since wiring thicknesses d4 and d6 are thicker, a cross section area of the gate wiring part 40 and the source wiring part 42 become large. Thus, the electric resistance values of the gate wiring part 40 and the source wiring part 42 can be made small. Consequently, power consumption of the liquid display device 100 can be made low.
