PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chopstick containing paper powder which can overcome the disadvantages of chopsticks made of plastic materials and can be repeatedly used. SOLUTION: The chopstick 10 containing paper powder is produced by: heating and kneading a pellet-like mixture to thereby produce a molten mixture; and injecting the molten mixture into a chopstick mold to thereby mold the molten mixture into the shape of a chopstick in the mold, wherein the pellet-like mixture is produced by mixing 30 to 50 wt.% of polypropylene, 40 to 60 wt.% of paper powder having a particle diameter of 30 to 100 μm and not containing fluorescent substance, heavy metals and ink components, 5 to 10 wt.% of zeolite powder having a particle diameter of 5 to 50 μm, and 5 to 10 wt.% of silver powder having a particle diameter of 1 to 10 μm.
