PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a community for providing high security property. SOLUTION: This community communication network is provided with: closed networks 30A and 30B installed in each community; logical edge routers 41 to 44 for permitting data communication between the closed networks of the community corresponding to virtual personality and user terminals; and servers 50 (51 to 53) for service provision for providing various services to the user terminals connected to the closed networks. In a community management server 20, the closed networks corresponding to the community are constructed by instructing the connection of the user terminals and the closed networks to a logical edge router according to the correspondence relation of the virtual personality and the community, and the user information of each user is prestored by a user information DB 21, and when the user information is provided by the community, the user information of the designated user is processed and provided by a user information management part 23.
