PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To draw an overlapped contour line without unnaturalness when a plurality of toon objects are overlapped in an image generated through perspective conversion.

SOLUTION: A toon object B (line width 1 of a contour line) is overlapped with a toon object A (line width 3 of a contour line) at a position near a virtual screen. Each pixel included in the toon object A is set as an object pixel, and a pixel at a position sifted from the object pixel by an original line width is set as a determination pixel. When both depth data and line width data of the determination pixel are smaller than those of the object pixel, the line width data of the object pixel is re-set to the line width data of the determination pixel, and the determination pixel is re-set to a pixel at a position shifted from the object pixel by re-set line width. If the depth data of the target object is not smaller than that of the determination pixel, contour line data is written in the target object.
