PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a use method of effort point devices for reinforcing respiration related muscles for training the abdominal pressure breathing. SOLUTION: A D-type mouthpiece 10 is so formed that its inside 11 has a shape covering a circular curve forming the outer edge of the alveolar arch of a lower tooth row (a) and increasing its thickness from the edge 12 toward a base central part 13 into a semicylindrical shape. An O-type mouthpiece 20 has a cam shape, its upper part 24 is formed into a swelling shape covering the front part 25a of palates of a person, the thickness of its central part 20a is increased from the tip 21 toward a wide width part 22, and its lower part 23 has a shape increasing the thickness from the edge toward the central part 23a. A T type mouthpiece 30 has a horizontal part 30a formed in its upper inside 31 and having a shape covering a circular curve forming the outer edge of the alveolar arch of the upper tooth row (c), and a vertical part consisting of a delta portion 30b downward spreading into a delta shape from the central lower part of the horizontal part 30a, and increasing the thickness toward its lower part.
