PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen supply tube capable of suppressing occurrence of breathing difficulty even when erroneously fitting the oxygen supply tube into the opening recess part of a breathing circuit constitution element constituting a breathing circuit for allowing a patient to breath together with an endotracheal tube. SOLUTION: The oxygen supply tube 5 where an oxygen supply channel extending in the longitudinal direction is formed in the center section is characterized in that a discharge channel for releasing oxygen supplied from the oxygen supply channel 56A to the outside of the opening recess part 12B when the tube 5 is fitted into the opening recess part of the breathing circuit constitution element 10 connected with the breathing trachea through the endotracheal tube is formed at the distal end of the tube 5.
