STORAGE FURNITURE FIXING STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely prevent storage furniture from overturning without detachment of a joint part between a top panel and a side panel even if a load is applied to the storage furniture from a prop body when an earthquake occurs. SOLUTION: The storage furniture 3 is composed by holding the top panel 2 between upper ends on the inner faces of side panels 1 facing each other and flushing the upper end faces of the side panels 1 and the upper surface of the top panel 2. A plurality of storage furniture units 3 are juxtaposed in such a way as the side panels 1 abut on each other. Insertion notches 4 are formed in side ends on the adjacent sides of the top panels 2 of adjacent storage furniture units 3 in the adjacently abutting parts of the storage furniture 3. A pair of leg parts 7 projecting downward from the prop body 6 to abut on a ceiling 5 are inserted into the insertion notches 4 provided on the side ends of the top panels 2 of the adjacent storage furniture units 3 along the inner faces of the side panels 1 of the adjacent storage furniture units 3.
