PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a savor of a game by making the distribution drawing of game balls which enter an accessory interesting. SOLUTION: The pinball game machine includes: a special game distribution rotating body 19 capable of distributing game balls which enter the accessory 10 to a winning detection sensor 35 for establishing the generation of a special game state advantageous to a player and a retry drawing area part 14A for not establishing it; a retry distribution structure 50 capable of distributing the game balls distributed to the retry drawing area part 14A by the special game distribution rotating body 19 to a losing area part where the possibility of generating the special game state disappears or the other area; and an elevating carrying mechanism 25 for carrying the game balls distributed to the area other than the losing area part by the retry distribution structure 50 upwards and returning them to the special game distribution rotating body 19.
