An advertisement offering device, a method, and a recording medium thereof are provided to offer contents to a client as obtaining a markup language file of a personal web page, so as to provide an advertisement matched with the personal web page. A storage unit(209) stores advertisements and contents. A path analyzer extracts a URL(Uniform Resource Locator) of a linked web page. A keyword extractor(207) analyzes a markup language file to extract a keyword of the web page. An advertisement matching unit(208) selects an advertisement matched with the keyword by using the extracted keyword. A data transceiver transmits the selected advertisement and the contents to a client. The path analyzer extracts the URL included in path information contained in a transmission request message. |
