Pozzolan coating solution is provided to prevent the emission of the environment hormone and the scorch of the cooked material and to ensure enough coating strength, antibacterial property by processing the surface of ceramic coating with large sized particles. A method for preparing the pozzolan coating solution comprises (S10) a step for dispersing pozzolan powder into solvent; (S20) a step for ball-milling the product of the (S10) step to pulverize the pozzolan powder to the pozzolan nano particles with 20-40 nm particle diameter, and evenly dispersing the pozzolan nano particles into solvent; (S30) a step for more evenly dispersing the pozzolan nano particles by adding a dispersant additive to the product of the (S20) step; (S40) a step for dissolving TEOS in the same solvent as the solvent of the (S10) step and aging the solution; and (S50) a step for mixing the product of the (S30) step and the product of the (S40) step.
