The device has a container (1) containing a cosmetic product e.g. lip stick, and including an actuating wall (13) to distribute the product towards a distribution orifice (12). Another container (2) contains another cosmetic product e.g. lip gloss, and includes an actuating wall (23) to distribute the latter product towards a distribution orifice (22). A coupling device (3) connects the containers. The orifices are opened respectively at application surfaces (162, 262), and the containers are configured to be actuated independently with respect to each other. An independent claim is also included for a method for applying a cosmetic product.
